Sem Enzerink is a Senior Manager and Adviser to the European Commission’s Big Data Test Infrastructure (BDTI). He implements various European data projects and studies latest digital government policies. He brings together public administrations, academia, NGOs and industry partners to shape an innovative, data-driven and accessible digital economy and society.
