
Philippe Calvez, PhD (M) received his PhD in the field of Computer Science, delivered by PSL University of Paris. he is working at ENGIE since 2009. Prior to joining ENGIE, he worked for different international consulting companies.
At ENGIE Lab CRIGEN (R&D Corporate Center of ENGIE), he leads the CSAI LAB (Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab). Research activities and projects address topics such as Machine Learning (Computer Vision, NLP, …), Digital Interoperability (Knowledge Representation and Reasoning, Semantic Technologies), AI for Distributed Autonomous ‘Energy’ System. He was responsible for the French partners of the project for the ITEA3 SEAS (Smart Energy Aware System led by ENGIE. He is the Coordinator of the H2020 Project PLATOON (Digital PLAtform and analytical TOOls for eNergy -GA 872592. He is member of Steering Committee of the ECLIPSE DLT Working Group TANGLE EE initiative.
