Michele Liberati has 20+ years of experience in operations management, lean thinking and innovation. 15+ years in consulting and people development. Adjunct professor of Innovation and Project Management at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia. After receiving a Ph.D. in Management Engineering, I worked in leading companies and in management consulting firms, where I led more than 100 projects in the application of “Lean Thinking” in supply chain, innovation, and manufacturing processes. I worked in national and international organizations, from SMEs to large corporates, in different industries: Automotive, Packaging, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food, Logistics and Finance.
