I’m passionate about discovering natural soil bacteria that can be harnessed as biosolutions to promote sustainable agriculture. I hold a degree in Biotechnology Engineering and a Master’s in Environmental Sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a PhD in Plant Sciences from the University of Oxford, where I focused on molecular plant-microbe interactions.
I’ve participated in several entrepreneurship programmes to bridge research and real-world impact. Currently, I’m CEO of SymbioMatch and Assistant Professor at Aarhus University, where I focus on identifying beneficial soil microbes. My goal is to develop innovative, scalable solutions for sustainable agriculture and industrial application.
