SDA – Head of Digital Services of Aragon, PhD in Transport Infrastructures and Territory (UPC), Master’s degree in Public Management (UniZar) and Civil Engineer‘s degree (UC). He holds the position of Head of the Service of Design and Development of Public Services in the Government of Aragon. He is responsible for the SDA-Digital Services of Aragon project, which aim is the digital transformation and the redefinition of the digital services of the Aragón Government, through design and technology. He is also a collaborating professor at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) in the Master’s Degree in City Management, within the subject Sustainable Mobility. As head of SDA, he has won the 2022 National Innovation and Design Award with his team, in the “Professionals” category. It has also won, among others, the Aragón en Red 2022 award in the “Digital Transformation” category, has been finalist in the Aragón en Red 2019 awards in the category “Person boosting digital development” and has won the award of the Open Knowledge Foundation OKF-Spain 2015 in the category “Best initiative to enhance Transparency through Open Data”
