Coordinator of GeoViQua FP7 project (research project about visualization of quality information in GEOSS), H2020 ConnectinGeo and Horizon Europe AD4GD. Earth and Space Science Informatics (ESSI) former division president in the European Geosciences Union (EGU). Active member of the Open Geospatial Consortium. Senior member of IEEE and member of the International Society of Digital Earth (ISDE) council.
