Ivo Emanuilov is an intellectual property lawyer, programmer and ICT expert with over 10 years of international experience as a consultant and legal advisor to major companies in the semiconductor, nanotechnology, digital twins, smart manufacturing, telecommunications and media domains. He has worked for international law firms and research organisations. Ivo is a recognised interdisciplinary researcher at GATE Institute in the field of legal, policy and ethical issues of artificial intelligence and big data and founder of the GATE Experimental Regulation and Policy Lab. He is also an affiliated researcher at the imec research group Centre for IT & IP Law at KU Leuven.
