Elisa Halonen is an International Engagement Specialist at CSC – IT Center for Science where she contributes to the ecosystem development activities in strategic AI themed projects including the LUMI AI Factory and EuroTPC. Her work focuses on navigating the European research, development, and innovation (RDI) landscape to identify emerging trends, foster cross-border collaboration, and transform innovative ideas into impactful partnerships. Elisa is passionate to support the implementation of European initiatives in infrastructures and competitiveness to strengthen Europe’s AI capabilities and help societies harness the full potential of AI.
