Daniel Gomez Martin took a degree in Industrial Engineering (specializing in Automation and Electronics) from the University of Valladolid (Spain) and the MEng degree in the doctoral program “Systems and Process Engineering” from the Department of Systems Engineering and Automation, University of Valladolid. Currently, actively and technically involved in several H2020 and Horizon Europe projects, acting as project coordinator for s-X-AIPI project, a Horizon Europe framework project. In this role, responsible for leading a team of experts in the development and delivery of self-X AI-based complex systems for different Process Industries. Several international conference papers and a paper in the Revista Iberoamericana de Informática y Automática Industrial. He has been working in CARTIF as a researcher of the Industrial and Digital Process Division since December 2006.
