Deploying Trustworthy AI and Data Spaces: Compliance Technologies from Research to Industrial Adoption
As European organisations scale up data sharing and AI, compliance with an increasingly complex regulatory landscape is becoming a practical challenge. Regulatory requirements need to be translated into technical mechanisms that can operate across data spaces, data pipelines and AI systems.
The DICE Alliance (Data, Innovation, Compliance, Ethics) brings together European research and innovation projects developing technologies to make compliance more automated, scalable and actionable. This session will showcase technology developments from DICE projects, including approaches to machine-readable policies, automated compliance assessment and enforcement, data and AI governance, and Compliance by Design.
Through short presentations from ACCOMPLISH, CERTAIN and DataPACT, the session will present emerging technologies and initial insights from their application in real-world pilots. The session will conclude with a contribution from the Data Spaces Support Centre (DSSC) exploring synergies and opportunities for collaboration between DSSC, DICE and the wider European data spaces ecosystem.
