Getting to the venue

DGI Byen is easily accessible by public transport, bike and car. The venue address is Tietgensgade 65, 1704 Copenhagen, Denmark.

By train (Fastest – 15 min): Øresundståg or DSB train from Copenhagen Airport (CPH) to København H (Copenhagen Central Station) (13 min), then walk 5 min.

By metro (20 min): Take the M2 metro to Kongens Nytorv, transfer to M3/M4 to København H, then walk 5 min.

By bus (35 min): Take Bus 5C to Hovedbanegården (Copenhagen Central Station), then walk 5 min.

Visit to Copenhagen City Hall

Wednesday 12, November – Copenhagen City Hall

In the evening of 12 November, between 18:00-19:30 EBDVF participants are invited to a Copenhagen City Hall reception. Attendance is for free, but registration is obligatory. Attendees willing to join the Copenhagen Townhall reception need to indicate their participation when registering to EBDVF 2025.

EBDVF 2025 Reception

Thursday, 13 November – DGI Byen, Restaurant (3rd Floor)

An EBDVF Reception, with finger food and drinks, will take place on 13 November evening. Attendance is for free for EBDVF 2025 participants, but registration is mandatory. Attendees willing to join the EBDVF 2025 Reception need to indicate it during the EBDVF 2025 registration.

EBDVF 2025 Carlsberg Scavenger hunt

Wednesday 12, November – ends once the prizes are given away.

We are glad to announce the EBDVF Carlsberg Scavenger hunt, which will take place during our 3-day event (from 12-14 November). Carlsberg, “probably the best beer in the world” will offer free beers to EBDVF participants that will take part in our scavenger hunt / competition. Find out more at this link!

EBDVF 2025 will take place at DGI Byen, a modern and versatile venue located in the heart of Copenhagen, just a short walk from the city’s central train station. With its excellent accessibility and state-of-the-art facilities, DGI Byen provides the perfect setting for our conference.

Hotel discount

Go Hotel Ansgar, located only 130m away from the event venue has offered a 10% discount for all the EBDVF participants. The discount code “code10“ is valid for all room options, with or without breakfast.

CPH Hotel, offers rooms with a special discount code, “EBDVF2025“ for EBDVF 2025 guests. It is valid for bookings between 11 to 14 November. Keep in mind that there is a limited number of rooms available and make sure to book in advance.
